Grease Feeders

Grease Feeders are used to provide single point controlled lubrication for all types of bearing

housings thereby eliminating difficulties arising due to over or under greasing. Working on a spring compression mechanism, the design regulates grease discharge in proportion to changing spring pressure, thus maintaining constant discharge pressure of 1- 2 PSI. Die cast aluminium bodies with polycarbonate dome assembled with medium springs. Heavy & light spring come as spares in the same pack and can be easily interchanged depending upon application. Can be mounted in any position for easy visual inspection of grease levels.

Reusable: Can be refilled easily with immediate activation

1/8" (M) steel adaptor at the tail end fits directly onto bearing housings. Thread converters & angle adaptors available as spares. Remote Refill kit also available that permits remote filling of grease from distances up to 3 meters(10’)

Portable Greasing System - Manual (GS/5)

Fully portable & single person operated manual greasing system. Portable Greasing System  Manual Designed for volume greasing in workshop environments, site applications, on a pick-up truck, tractor, earth moving equipment etc. Pump is operated by foot press of the spring loaded system. The hose gets charged with grease, which can then be dispensed

through the super gun fitted at the end of the hose. A single charge provides upto 30 shots of grease.

Grease Control Valve

Professional

Grease control valve for use with air operated grease pumps. Highly durable all steel construction, fully CNC machined. Dispenses grease at the same pressure as the pressure at pump outlet Valve inlet fitted with 360° Z-swivel for convenient handling and to prevent hose from kinking. Complete with 6" steel extension & heavy duty coupler.

Booster

Grease control valve for use with air operated grease pumps. Built-in pressure boost mechanism allows grease pressure to be boosted from 6,000 PSI to 10,000 PSI. Pressure boost helps unclog blocked grease fittings & grease joints with high back pressure. Pressure boost is activated by a few repeated presses of the pistol handle. Highly durable all steel construction, fully CNC machined. Valve inlet fitted with 360° Z-swivel for convenient handling and to prevent hose from kinking. Complete with 6"steel extension & heavy duty coupler.

Grease Control Valve - Metered

Premium quality grease control valve, for use with air operated grease pumps. Built-in high accuracy digital grease meter for dispensing exact amount of grease. Ability to measure amount of grease dispensed prevents both over & under lubrication & is useful in saving bearing failures. Provides continuous grease flow, with trigger fully pressed. Steel construction, provides durability & longevity. Meter uses oval gear mechanism. Ergonomically designed pistol handle. Comes complete with 6" steel extension, heavy duty coupler & 360° Z swivel.
