Mini Bowser Diesel Refilling System
A compact & convenient system designed for all stationary diesel refilling applications. Extremely versatile, the bowser can be installed directly on a wall, on an existing structure with screws or directly on a tank.
Complete system consists of:
Continuous Duty self-priming Diesel Pump : Self priming, vane pump with an internal bypass valve is equipped with a self ventilated, 1/2 HP motor with thermal overload protection. This makes it suitable for continuous usage.
Mechanical Diesel : Meter Nutating disc mechanical meter flow rate of 20-120 LPM & pressure rating 145 PSI.
Fuel Control Nozzle – Automatic Dual mode nozzle – Manual & Automatic. Sensor in the discharge spout outlet automatically shuts off supply when fuel level in the tank reaches the discharge spout. The nozzle is equipped with a swivel at the inlet for convenience in usage.
Fuel Hose : 3.6m (10.5') x 1" (ID) long antistatic fuel hose
Nozzle Holder : In-built into the metal casing for keeping hose safe when not in use.
Hose Hangar : For safe storage of nozzle All encased in a sturdy weather-proof cabinet.

Industrial Rotary Fuel Pumps
Industry standard for rotary pumps, these are by far the heaviest duty pumps, ideal for tough outdoor use in extreme weather conditions. Suitable for transferring media into smaller container or for quick refuelling of diesel powered vehicles or equipment. Deliver media with a head / lift upto 20' (6 metres). Solid cast iron construction, fully CNC machined to close tolerances. Pump handle rotates a high quality sintered powder metal 3 vane rotor inside a highly finished pumping chamber. Graphite vanes are self lubricating & non wearing. High quality graphite seal allows the pump to be used with a wide variety of fluids. Self priming operation with discharge up to 38 LPM. For use with 50-210 litre barrels.
