Single-Line Lubrication
In single line systems, there is one primary line connecting the pump with the divider blocks and injectors.
BEKA Xlube
- The BEKA Xlube is an electrically operated gear pump unit and is a commonly used system for industrial applications. It’s a versatile system and can be used to lubricate the lubrication points with either oil or fluid greases in a single-line system.
BEKA Mini 2 & Super 3 Series
- The BEKA® Mini 2 and BEKA® Super 3 systems are electrically operated gear pump units and are used in single-line systems to lubricate the lubrication points with either oil or fluid greases.
BEKA ES/EA Series
- The BEKA® ES-AS Series is a complete range of gear pumps to automatically lubricate lubrication points with fluid grease or oil. The ES-EA Series is a single-line system and is available with a wide range of reservoirs or as a gear pump only, without a reservoir.
P-Series
- These pneumatically actuated piston pumps are designed for periodically operated, single-line lubrication for industrial applications, like expanded metal machinery or textile machinery. Groeneveld SingleLine
Parallel NLGI-0 automatic lubrication system with reservoir
- The SingleLine automatic lubrication system has a parallel operation and is suitable for up to NLGI-0 grease. The SingleLine is developed for equipment with a large number of lubrication points, such as low-loaders, articulated buses, trucks with drum brakes and trailers with steered axles. This lubrication system is used all over the world to ensure efficient and effective lubrication.
Dual-Line Lubrication
A dual line system is comparable to the single line system, except that this system has two primary lines that are used alternately to pressurise and depressurise.
Multi-Line Lubrication
In a multi-line system, grease is led directly from the injectors in a pump through their own pipes to a lubrication point.
Progressive Lubrication
Progressive systems provide the various lubrication points with grease by means of progressive divider blocks. Progressive means that all lubricating points, each in turn, are provided with grease.

For all applications with single lubrication points, like motors, drives, bearings, chains and compressors
Oil and air lubrication
Oil and air lubrication is the perfect solution to lubricate bearings, especially high speed bearings. Additional fields of application include chains, gear trains and other industrial applications.
Oil circulation
Contains a range of gear pumps used to supply oil or oil-like lubricants that have sufficient lubrication characteristics.
Special applications
Effective lubrication is key to improve efficiency. Some industries require a different approach, and that's why Groeneveld-BEKA has developed some special lubrication systems to suit those needs.
