The Marathon® brand encompasses thousands of products and solutions, including single phase and three phase AC motors, NEMA and IEC motors, low and medium voltage motors, PMDC motors, and radial and axial flux motors.
Marathon offers electric motors and integrated motor/control solutions with IE4 and higher efficiencies for the toughest industries in the world. We design, engineer, and build motors from 1/4 to over 5000 horsepower with voltages from 120VAC to 13.8kV. Our NEMA and IEC motors are used globally in both commercial and industrial applications.

GLOBETROTTER TOTALLY ENCLOSED MOTORS
The Globetrotter® motors are built tough to go the distance in many commercial and industrial applications around the world. The motors come in a variety of configurations and enclosures where variable speed, premium efficiency and reliability are required. The Globetrotter® motors were designed for applications such as cooling tower, HVAC, conveyors, packaging equipment, pumping, extruders, gear reducers, and machine tools.

BLUE MAX INVERTER DUTY MOTOR
The Marathon® brand has a developed a reputation for conservative motor designs and highly engineered products used in a vast array of commercial and industrial applications around the world. Designed for VFD or vector applications requiring full rated torque at zero speed using closed- or open-loop controls. Patented “fracket” allows for mounting of options such as encoders, blowers and brakes.The MAX GUARD® class H insulation system delivers long, dependable motor life under the adverse thermal and dielectric stresses imposed by the high switching frequencies associated with PWM drives. Unlimited lead length at 460VAC. 100% cast iron frame and brackets for harsh environments. Precision balanced to reduce vibration and increase motor life. Internally mounted BCP bearing protection system mitigates inverter sourced bearing currents, increasing bearing life. C-Face foot mounted through 100HP.

XRI - SEVERE DUTY MOTOR
The new redesigned Marathon’s XRI®-Severe Duty line provides not only energy savings but variable speed operation, robust cast iron construction, and years of trouble-free service in mission critical applications such as debarking, cutting lines and conveyors. The XRI®-Severe Duty Marathon motors are precision balanced, reducing the amount of vibration that can result in downtime. Marathon Severe Duty motors are available in stock through 500 HP and loaded with features that provide added reliability
