Direct Drive Compressor produce compressed air immediately without needing to fill up the receiver tank. These are designed for extensive use in stapling and nailing applications on packaging stations, cleaning, denting and painting jobs in automotive body shops, tyre inflation applications in fuel stations and for general purpose jobs in small workshops.
Dual Material Construction
Cast Iron Cylinder Block : The cylinder block is made up of cast iron that reduces wear & tear thus imparting longevity to the unit
Aluminium Crankcase & Cylinder Head : Aluminium helps in better heat dissipation thus enhancing performance. Also Aluminium being a light weight material reduces overall weight making the compressor easy to handle.
Compact Design : In-line design of the compressing unit makes it compact
Shock Absorbing Pads : Effectively absorbs vibration and keep the whole unit stable during operation. Strong large wheels for convenient movement of the unit.
Oil Dipstick : with vent hole keeps a check on oil level in the oil sump and releases excess pressure.
Two Pressure Gauges : One for pressure setting in the receiver tank and one for regulating the outlet pressure from the receiver
Pressure Switch with overload protection keeps the compressor safe even in voltage fluctuations.
Plastic Shroud keeps the hot and moving parts safe and prevents any accidents.

Dual Material Construction

i) The cylinder block is made up of cast iron that prevents wear & tear, thus imparting longevity to the unit
ii) Crankcase & cylinder head are made from aluminium – Compact design and choice of aluminium as a raw material helps in efficient cooling of the unit. Aluminium crankcase keeps the oil in the sump cooler, thus enhancing the performance of the unit
Efficient Ventilation : Larger flywheel keeps air directed towards the cylinder for faster heat dissipation & efficient ventilation
High pressure cylinder with higher temperature is positioned closer to the flywheel which also helps in faster cooling of the unit
Output tubing designed to pass from the front of the flywheel, further reducing the temperature of the air in the tank
In-Line Design : Compact & superior to “V “type construction : air flow in the in-line design is directed towards both the cylinders uniformly keeping maximum temperature within check as compared to the”V” type construction where air flow is directed towards one side of the “V” at any given time

Polyurethane Coil Hose[edit | edit source]
Polyurethane Coil / Spiral Air Hoses offer highest flexibility with least resistance to pull recoils. These have excellent memory & automatically recoil. Hoses are kink resistant & lightweight (approx. 25% lighter than rubber). As opposed to nylon hoses, PU hoses offer much better elasticity. Constructed with one end coiled & other end with 19" (483 mm) straight length. Both ends are fitted with polyacetal bend restrictors & crimped with solid brass swivel fittings on both sides offering highest directional flexibility Ideal for use on assembly lines with air tools, automotive repair & body shops etc. Solid brass swivel fittings on both ends offer complete 360° directional flexibility.

Digital Pressure Gauges[edit | edit source]
Used with air regulators for setting air output pressure. Digital read out displays air pressure in a choice of 4 units: PSI, BAR, MPa & kg/cm2. Digital gauges offer higher accuracy and can also withstand vibrations due to pressure variations. Square body has die cast aluminum centre back. Single button operated with auto turn off after 120 seconds that extends battery life.
