The MultiLine AC is a range of automatic lubrication systems designed for self-install on fifth wheels, tail lifts and trailers. The PICO pump is the worldwide unique combination of progressive- and multi line technology. The EP-1 is a tried-and tested grease pump for progressive lubrication systems.
With reservoirs from 1.9 to 16 kg, different electronic control units and heavy duty components, the EP-1 is suitable for most mobile and stationary applications.

The BEKA® FKG-EP Series is a range of electrically actuated pumps with up to 8 lubrication outlets, depending on the pump type. TriPlus is a unique progressive lubrication system that offers the possibility of three independently operating circuits. BEKA GIGA[edit | edit source]
With grease reservoirs sizes from 4 to 30 liters, the GIGA is the ideal pump of a medium to large central lubrication system. Up to 3 independent from each other lubrication cycles can be connected to the central lubrication pump. On the other hand, the lubricant quantities of up to 3 pump elements can be brought together via internal channels.
Clever design makes the GIGA pump usable for progressive, single line, dual line and sectional systems.

Oil and air lubrication[edit | edit source]
Oil and air lubrication is the perfect solution to lubricate bearings, especially high speed bearings. Additional fields of application include chains, gear trains and other industrial applications.

The P26-series pumps function as a multi-line pump where the lubricant gets directly transported to the lubrication points via an air-flow. The lubrication point is continuously supplied with a flow of lubricant and air.
The P26-series give you the possibility to create an simple and economical system for oil-air lubrication up to 6 lubrication points. Systems are available in various configurations and with different oil reservoir sizes, and will be configured individually for each application.

BEKA FL/MZ Series[edit | edit source]
The BEKA FL/MZ Series contains a range of gear pumps used to supply oil or oil-like lubricants that have sufficient lubrication characteristics. The complete series contains the FL-Series (flange pumps), the U-Series (foot pumps), and the MZ-Series (motor pumps).
FL-Series
Flange pumps in the FL-Series are mainly meant for the direct drive of machines via a coupling, e.g. in tooling machines, compressors, or high-pressure pumps. The flange gear pumps are manufactured for clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, with different flow directions. A constant direction of delivery for both rotation directions is optionally possible.
U-Series
The flange pumps are also available as a foot pump, which basically only differs from the flange pumps by their mounting location.
MZ-Series
Motor pumps are available in horizontal and vertical directions. Pumps in a horizontal construction can be used universally. Next to the direct installation onto a reservoir, the pump can also be installed at a machine and suck the lubricant up to a suction height of 1 meter from an oil sump. Pumps in vertical directions are mainly used for space-saving installations in reservoirs.
Pumps in the FL/MZ Series are available as an external gear pump as well as an internal gear pump. Internal gear pumps are able to handle higher operating pressures up to 100 bar and have a lower sound pressure level compared to the external gear pumps which already have a low noise level.
BEKA Oil Circulation Systems[edit | edit source]
Gearboxes and highly stressed bearings require special attention and need to be effectively lubricated and stay as cool as possible. Especially for those kind of applications Groeneveld-BEKA manufactures oil circulation systems according to customer specifications.
Oil circulation systems keep the oil free from dirt particles, air and water and can assure the best possible operating temperature that is necessary for the application to prevent wear and corrosion.

FluiLub[edit | edit source]
The FluiLub rail maintenance systems bring an end to the squealing noise of rails in narrow curves and efficiently reduce the wear of wheels and rails.
The FluiLub system is developed for using thixotropic lubricants with high solid contents, achieving an ideal combination of adhesion and flowability in a spray lubricant for high-stress applications. The system is installed mainly on the leading vehicle axle. Due to the lubricants used, the lubricant is transferred to the following railheads or wheel flanges.
BEKA Dry belt system[edit | edit source]
The BEKA Dry belt system offers the advantage of an effective belt lubrication without the use of water and soap and are suitable for the use of common dry belt media like oil with
Teflon or silicones.
Besides the common use as a belt lubrication system for the filling- and packing industry (typically used for surface treatment), the system can also be used as a pure return belt
system.
BEKA Grease pump station[edit | edit source]
The BEKA® Grease pump station is a customized automatic lubrication system, completely adapted to the requirements of the machine. The grease pump station can be set-up as a dual-line lubrication system or as an extensive progressive sectional lubrication system.
Because of the customization of the system, a grease pump station can be used as a small oil lubrication system for one or two smaller machines, or even larger machines or plants.
BEKA Oil pump station[edit | edit source]
The BEKA® Oil pump station is a customized automatic lubrication system, completely adapted to the requirements of the machine. The oil pump station can be set-up as a dual-line lubrication system or as an extensive progressive sectional lubrication system.
Because of the customization of the system, an oil pump station is commonly used for larger machines or to lubricate all machines in a plant which need oil lubrication.
BEKA High pressure water spray system[edit | edit source]
Many problems with circular and pad saws in the wood processing industry can be prevented by spraying a fine water dust onto the saw blade. This water dust ensures a permanent cooling of the tool and effectively avoids adherent tree gum. In addition to this, the unhealthy wood dust is reliably reduced.
The vaporizing of water on a hot saw blade guarantees an effective cooling of the tool. The water as cooling medium removes heat from the working location and hence enables higher speeds and protection of the tool at the same time. The tool life of the saw blades is enlarged, as well as the work precision profits by cooling.
When spraying water with high pressure (up to 100 bar), microdots are produced. Those ensure a reliable wetting of the tools without soaking the machine and the area around. Friction is produced when sawing. When water is used as lubricating medium, friction between the tool and workpiece is reduced and hence also reduces wear, heating and energy
consumption.

BEKA PFP-1U[edit | edit source]
The BEKA PFP-1U is a versatile pneumatic barrel pump which offers all features needed to run a machine without unplanned downtime. The PFP-1U can be used in a single-line, dual-line, progressive and sectional lubrication system as well as in a spray lubrication system.
The pump is available for different barrel sizes, ranging from 20 up to 200 kg.
BEKA Stream[edit | edit source]
The powerful BEKA Stream pump is designed to provide lubricant up to NLGI-2 to a central lubrication system.
The pumps are perfect as progressive, single-line or dual-line pumps in industrial machines as well as in medium-sized and large construction machines.
With an optional brushless electric or hydraulic drive, the Stream also pumps lubricants, even at extremely cold temperatures.
The use of wear-resistant materials makes the seals uniquely resistant like no other on the market. This pump is not only the perfect partner in the mining sector, where tough and rough operating conditions prevail. Even when operating with lubricants containing solids, the maintenance effort remains low and simple thanks to the user-oriented design.
The Stream can be ordered together with a container or barrel. Here, optional fill level monitors ensure that refilling with lubricant can be perfectly planned.
